Is this a Windows app or an online converter?
Upscale X is a Windows desktop application. This website introduces the product; it does not upload or convert your images.
Do my images leave my computer?
Image conversion and AI upscaling run locally. Internet access is used for account sign-in, subscription verification and payments—not to process your images.
How do I sign in?
The app offers Google sign-in and email/password accounts. Your app password is separate from your Google password. Never share your Google password with the app or support.
What does the 7-day trial include?
Eligible PCs can start a one-time 7-day guest trial without signup. Choose Start Free Trial in the app. Sign up or log in when you want to subscribe; reinstalling or creating an account does not reset a used trial.
How many PCs can I use with my plan?
Standard and Premium each support up to 3 PCs with one email account. Sign in with the same account on each PC. Account and device verification is required.
Can I buy or download it today?
